so good! I had some w/ buffalo mozzarella at jackies last night. we just make tomato salad with ours, in an attempt to eat less cheese! :)
oh, I'm so jealous!! I got a lot done at home though, so it was a good decision. Did you find any info on the grass-fed out there?
